Good lord...
Yeah Scott has protected people by taking their investment and making it worth so little that it isn't worth the selling.
The people who haven't sold have had their money hijacked for nearly a decade. Not only have they lost their investment value they have lost all the money and or interest on that investment if they could have used the money.

That isn't protection

The markets are full of fraud and Scott is one of them.
