Scott hasn't failed his shareholders he has protected them. The rocks are still there and increasing in value yearly. Investors who have not sold have not lost a penny. During his tenure dilution has been minimal. Our markets on the other hand have been fraud filled and abusive naked shorting which is criminal has been rampant. The U.S. Supreme court has finally ruled that companies can bring actions in state court rather than Federal against the shorts.
Hopefully this is going to put an end to abusive naked shorting once and for all. Once that happens and we trade in a fair market with a level playing field I am confidant real progress will be made. Until then some of us continue to accumulate confidant that in time those shares will be much more valuable. Go SRSR!!!
