Correct - you can hang on until July and get cashed out at $1.35 per share.

Or sell now for 1.32 or 1.31, whatever you can get.

Or you can try to play big numbers and ride from 1.31. to 1.35.

Or wait and see if a better offer comes along, which happens some times.
