Fair enough. Have you been through a transaction like this before or have knowledge?

If the deal goes through; what happens?
Does my brokerage just make the transaction for me at 1.35?

That is my assumption based on the cash per share of 1.35.
Any insight appreciated...or pointing in a direction to research it myself would be equally appreciated
