2016 is the year, Florida will vote on 2 and pass it. Voters are more educated and savvy this time around. I totally agree that the legislature has been written "too tightly" which is a nice way to put it... we shall see how all of the lawsuits shake down, and what the true form of the Bill will be when everything is said and done. Regardless, my opinion is that Florida joins the ranks of Medically Legal States this year, and another massive revenue channel opens wide...

I'm curious to see what Cannabis Sativa, Inc as a Company thinks about Florida becoming a legal marketplace in the near future...

Certainly not trying to exclude the coming possibilities in Nevada, Arizona, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, California, Rhode Island, Vermont... and we shall see where else. Plus, Cannabis is legal in nearly half of the USA in some way or form - those States are all marketplaces that can be broken into now. And remember, when it comes to CBD products, they're technically legal in all 50 States.
