Agents are mostly idiots how do i know this because trust me i do. The carriers have made huge mistakes trust me i know this all too well. I am telling you genworth figured out part of their mess sooner than most other carriers. LTC has always been pricey because it gets sold too late in life to folks. All i am saying is for their sake they have no where to go but up and i think they finally figured it out. As with everything else time will tell.
