Kyle Kennedy and Craig Huffman are definitely hiding something. Everybody knows what sort of records a transfer agent keeps.

To me the fact that they have worked so hard to keep the Transfer Agent records away from the Defendant and the Court is the biggest sign that SRFX is much more than just an ugly toxic debt/dilution ticker sucking the money out of retail investors pockets while exaggerating its business operations.

It screams that something criminal is probably going on here.

It is shameless enough that they go after some message board poster to deflect the damage they are doing to the SFRX share price, but it is down right disgusting the extend they are going through to manipulate the legal process with lies and deceit.

I think even the biggest SFRX supporters realize how stupid this lawsuit is. And the longer it has gone on the more and more idiotic it has looked with Kyle and Craig refusing to obey subpoenas for discovery, hiding information from the court, and lying about how many people read the ihub forum and about the last time the defendant has posted here, etc. I mean the share price has dropped over 90% since that poster has stopped posting on this forum. What does that tell you? It is simple math when you add a few hundred million shares to the float the price goes down. As you keep adding more and more shares to the float through more and more toxic debt conversion the price continues to go down. A message board poster on a forum that is barely read by a few dozen people has negligible effect on the share price and the even the Judge knows this.

Hopefully in the end justice is served by Kyle Kennedy being ordered to pay all the legal fees the Defendant has had to endure fighting this frivolous bullying law suit and Craig Huffman ends up disbarred for his arrogant mockery of the legal process and deceit.
