WITH REGARD TO NNVC'S INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

This is yet another coolant to Big Pharma interest. An Israeli firm has a very similar technology. When i brought this up to Gene Seymour's attention he as not even aware of it nor was NNVC's patent attorney. I was in touch with the Israeli outfit and they were aware of NNVC' IP and their patent layers said that theirs did not conflict with NNVC's. Of course they would take that position. but it does call into question how broad NNVC's patent is. The company is called Vecoy. I don't know if they are still around. If they are not, that may bode ill for NNVC's technology. If they are that may bode ill for the breadth of NNVC's IP.

The only fact I really have is the result that Dr. Vivian Boniuk got with the Rabbits back in 2007. She said it was an amazing result and I've know this woman for many years. High integrity, high intelligence, highly accomplished. In my book if she says it, it's true.
