According to the USPTO databases, Nanoviricides has no IP whatsoever assigned to it, novel or otherwise.

It's easy enough for anyone to go do their own search and prove me wrong:

I was in touch with the Israeli outfit and they were aware of NNVC' IP and their patent layers said that theirs did not conflict with NNVC's.

Since NNVC has no IP, this must be pure bullshit.
