The company needs competent, honest advisors with real integrity on that BoD, perhaps with the ability to find their way to an Annual meeting. We don't have them. Ariad would be a much better company with a cleaned out BoD house, and competent replacements.



That is an impossibility, unfortunately. Even Denner only did a "Denner lite" reformulation of the Board. Still to many self centered, greedy individuals. The only way to correct is a buyout, with the Ariad board then being dissolved.
