March 10, 2016, Carson City, Nevada. Avatar Ventures Corp. (OTCPINK:ATAR) Avatar
Ventures Corp. (AVATAR) is pleased to announce that due to production issues with its supplier
of heat transfer material, AUTOART COLOR SOLUTIONS, both parties have mutually agreed to
extend the existing contract till July 31st, 2016. All other terms remain constant. Due to the
delay, AVATAR expects to make initial shipments to Jamaica in March 2016 for training, market
testing and logistics.

Mr. Minnema stated that in respect to the amended agreement and for clarification purposes,
AVATAR’s own products developed by Mr. Minnema will be available to market on a worldwide
basis, while AVATAR has the rights to distribute the heat transfer material in the Caribbean
under AVATAR’S own brand name, which has yet to be determined.

The countries which AVATAR has the rights to distribute are as follows, Antigua and Barbuda,
Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Dominica, Grenada, Guyana, Haiti, Jamaica, Montserrat, Saint
Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Trinidad and Tobago, Anguilla,
Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Turks and Caicos Islands, Aruba, Curacao,
Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico and Sint Maarten.

AVATAR will open a new website eventually to showcase its finished products which will be
available initially in the Caribbean, firstly Jamaica. The heat transfer products will also be
available through the new website. AVATAR will also provide videos on Youtube for investors
and the general public.

AVATAR and its heat transfer products provide a distinct advantage over other processes.
AVATAR has the ability to provide one of t-shirts with no additional setup charges. You will
simply be able to send an email with what you wish on your shirt and we will produce your one
of. No set up fees or minimums.
