Your generosity is deeply appreciated. At the same time I feel an obligation to bring up the fact that I'm merely a processor of information. I read more than some and may devote more time to fleshing things out in my mind than some others. Things written or said by others add hugely to my store of information. This board pushes me to think more and more by challenging me to defend a stance at any given moment.

I'll be 76 in June. My wife and I manage our hobby ranch in southernmost Texas, tending to our animals and planted items. We are extremely active and in great health. This affords us time and energy to devote to special interests. The stock market is one of these for me but an even more powerful force is tied to wanting to see others also able to enjoy life as we do.

Money is a big part of the process, particularly for those younger than I who may be tethered to employment. It is in that spirit that I find redemption with respect to the market. I want people to discover opportunities to become more profitable than might be evident to them early on in the process.
