I am not defending the looters, it is terrible, but it has been going on for four hundred years.
They do get caught and go to jail here, every once in a while.
Three Dominican divers were just arrested for pillaging the Bergonia site.

Global is suing the DR government- let's see where that goes.
Unfortunately Tracy's not doing well, and I don't think he will be going back to work.

The Permanently Revoked status of DBM, seems to be a little bit more than a paperwork issue.
It is something about the word "Permanent" that paints the picture of "forever."

If DBM was an existing entity, why wouldn't it also sue the Govt of the DR?
