In court for 2 years including appeal. Lawyer fees alone and all the lost opportunity to expand business. CCGI tried every angle. JNSH won the appeal in Sept 2015. Waited seven months to file for damages...I think they are pissed and ask for millions and get it.

This is late 2014(appeal)...like a final oral argument in front of 3 judges. CCGI had no chance. Case number 13-3365
