CCGI's Farkass was WAY out of line suing because of his ego! He screwed around with 350Green... thought he held all the cards! JNSH acted quickly and snagged the Chicago Charging Network (a huge asset) for a song and they were smart to do so!

Looking at the history... Farkass' suit was just intended to harass a smaller honest company that beat him... to hopefully drive it out of business. He failed! Brian/JNSH fought back, and won!

Additionally, Farkass violated judge Bucklo's orders to turn over the network. Guess what? This damage case is being heard in Bucklo's court... in Illinois! JNSH is an Illinois company... CCGI is a Florida company!

Farkass/CCGI is absolutely liable (in my opinion) to pay back the legal fees and damages!

Let's see how badly they get punished for this frivolous lawsuit...
