If your claims are so obvious, why could the judge not come to a conclusion in favor of Playboy. Because all of your claims are irrelevant.

Playboy is now motivated to get this case resolved to optimize the sale of Playboy enterprises.

I doubt if Iehab will settle for a ridiculous offer from Playboy, so I hope they come with something fair for both. Their summary judgements show what they are looking for so that is a start.
