How about this: There is no company???? MGLG is an abandoned "trading vehicle." The SEC would have revoked registration back in 2009 if MGLG was an SEC filer. The zombie Grey sheets (with zero liquidity) IS the revocation of a suspended non-SEC filers. Grey sheets is the deadest it can be.

All that happens in trades are, MGLG shareholders shift shares between one another. Nearly 20 billion outstanding shares was the last known o/s count here and that was years ago.
