The statement in KBLB's most recent filing; though it states "investor relations," isn't related to Ben and his contractual obligations with The Company.

Said term, in and of itself, can have many meanings.

As KBLB is "investing" in Vietnam, it could be a specific individual/entity responsible for seeing certain aspects of the Vietnam deal carried out.
