SIM.v/SIMFF C$.28 Siyata continues to build up sales momentum. Q3 was close to breakeven but they need to show market that they are profitable. They have released several sales PR's recently for big orders like this one. Seems to add credibility to their thesis that large fleet owners will have to update their vehicle communication systems as cell operators phase out 2G networks this year.

Waiting for 2015 annual results to see if Q4 was profitable. Company plans on moving into US markets in late 2016 AFTER they introduce a 4G tablet unit that combines voice and smart apps for fleet mgmt.

TORONTO, ON--(Marketwired - March 31, 2016) - Siyata Mobile Inc. (the "Company" or "Siyata") (TSX VENTURE: SIM)(OTC PINK: SIMFF) is pleased to announce that it has received a purchase order for 400 Truckfone devices from a major international dairy company to replace and upgrade the existing Motorola M800 devices in their long-haul dairy trucks.

Siyata continues to see strong market penetration in multiple jurisdictions and industries around the world as companies upgrade their aging hardware to 3G-compatible devices such as Truckfone and Voyager.

Siyata Mobile CEO Marc Seelenfreund stated, "This is another example of a large vertical required to upgrade their M800 devices as operators work to systematically shut down 2G networks. We estimate over 500,000 M800s are currently installed in jurisdictions where we have proven market penetration with our selling partners. We are pleased to continue our healthy sales momentum in Q1 which is setting the stage for a strong 2016."

Additionally, Alnabali Logistics, a large cement trucking company out of Israel, has added 100 devices to its recent purchase order (see press release March 23, 2016), increasing the order from 250 to 350 devices.

Siyata's Truckfone and Voyager are the world's first 3G connected-vehicle devices with fixed installation, hands-free dialling, and a dedicated microphone and speaker for crystal clear sound quality along with external antennas for better cellular coverage. The Company works with cellular operators and dealerships around the world to meet the needs of fleets requiring a solution for better connectivity, safer driving, and reliable asset tracking.

There are tens of millions of commercial vehicles worldwide that currently rely on 2G networks and two-way radio systems for their communication platforms. Siyata aims to target this market as they upgrade their communications hardware to be compatible with next generation networks and Push-to-Talk radio technology.
