SIM.v -.005 to C$.265 can't find otc symbol.

Siyata Mobile is an Israeli company with a commercial communications product designed to penetrate the commercial two way radio markets for fleet operators. Their big claim is that Motorola, who dominated the commercial markets in the US, has been bought by Google and they have abandoned the commercial two way radio products after the purchase in 2012. The old Motorola products operate on 2G cell phone networks and those networks will be abandoned by cell phone operators at the end of 2016.

There are 1 million Motorola units in Canada and 20 million units in the US. All these operators will have to migrate to some other kind of unit in 2016.

Siyata is already operating in Israel. They have sold 100,000 units worldwide to this point. They have a proprietary cell phone unit that are rugged and have been developed to have better audio clarity and can be heard in the higher noise environment of a truck cab. This is a unified communications unit, combining data and voice communications. The phones are dash mounted and hooked to the vehicle battery so don't have to worry about the charging issues of personal cellphones. They are also attached to an exterior antenna to improve reception in marginal areas.

Here is the company website with pictures and details of their product offering.

Sales are growing rapidly. Most of the business has been in Israel. They just started selling in Canada. Sales thru 9 months are C$7.2 million with guidance of C$10million for 2015 vs 7 million in 2014.

Competition is two German firms that market dash mounted tablets that feature data but no voice. So they could have smart apps providing gps driving directions, text capabilities to allow communications and any other smart apps that would track fuel usage or whatever else a commercial company might want. BUT No Voice.

The Siyata units are truly cellphones so the screen appears small. But you can get hands free voice and smart apps.

Can this little company penetrate the US markets? They are planning to move into the US in 2016. They operate on a partnership basis with cellphone operators. They have been approved by Telus and Bell in Canada. They have local distributors that install the units and help market the product. I would guess they will do the same in the US, selling thru local companies that service commercial fleets now.
They have C$3million in the bank to help fund their sales initiative. That doesn't appear enough to fund a big US drive next year. But if they succeed in Canada, they should be able to raise money in early 2016.

I found this interview of the CEO on Stockhouse that's probably a paid promo but informative.

go to the stockhouse post dated 12/14/15 titled Marc Seelenfruend CEO Siyata Mobile.

The company has around 60million shares outstanding so at C$.265, a market cap of ~C$16million. Here is the first reported qtr of financials from Q3 2015.

I think this could be a multibagger if they can successfully move into the US markets and get a portion of the Motorola two way radio market.
They currently have 100,000 operating units worldwide. What if they get even a million units operating in North America by late 2016? What if they become a dominant provider for the 20 million unit market?
