Sustainability is of paramount importance in any REIT, no less so with this pick. Historical distributions notwithstanding, the fact is that people will question current distribution levels. I appreciated the alert as it got me to look anew at this offering which I've owned since the spin-off.

As for their not having missed in the past? You bring up a good point but, then again---there's no future in the past. lol
