The DoJ sent out checks in mid November--to some. then I find out that my check and God only knows how many others were held because the DoJ was not sure if their address were still good.

In classic Government fashion, they made no attempt to check the addresses they had. They just held the money. No way to know if they would have ever even tried.

I had told Kesha 3 times of the problem. My money was there, but somehow nothing happened until I threatened to file a complaint with the DoJ Crime Victim Rights Ombudsman.

Still no check.
