Viewing this once again today...I'm left with the sense that this company's fate will most assuredly result in either of two situational moments in time:

A. It will survive without encumbrances, able to move forward.

B. Encumbrances will severely impede any possibility of future success and bring it down to a state of chaotic if not worthless rubble.

Thus I grieve for SCS's founders, Bob and Neil. Secondarily, Ray has also been thrown out with the bathwater, I fear.

Simplistic as it may be/seem to be---this will either go down as a farcical endeavor not to be due to some of the oddest circumstances born of two low-lights who devoured Bob and Neil and countless others without remorse; or it will find itself magically saved.

Allow me to rephrase:

Rest in peace, Bob, Neil, and a dream of helping to save a country from desperation.
