Case in point. Years ago, I bought a stock at $14 a share. A couple
weeks later, I noted it was a local co. so I paid an impromtu visit.
The long and short of it was that I left the visit and immediately
called my broker and said "SELL!!!" Later, the broker called back and
said, did you forget you put in a sell order at $28? Yesterday, it
spiked to $33 and so you sold out. I proceeded to tell the Raging Bull
board that that co. was a scam, and naturally, I was labelled a basher.
Today, the price of that stock is .0001 and you would be very hard pressed
to find anyone claiming it was other than a scam.
