The Army just gave Lewis and company money to produce spider silk fiber and samples.

USU Awarded Army Funds to Produce Heat-Resistant Fabric-12/16/2015

The contract funds two years of research, during which the USU team will prepare spider silk and fabric swatches for testing by the Army.

The entirety of the Government conversation lies with Team KBLB and Warwick Mills executives.
