The CEO has come through on other catalyst. Imagine the "partnership" as a previous stated goal like "fast track" and stop worrying about it, as that happened and this will too. They don't report things they can't follow through on, trust it.

As for up-listing, no one on this iHub, to my knowledge, is expecting it to occur without strong clinical data behind it. The idea is to uplist when HFs will be interested to buy in. And they won't be without clear reveal of phase study final data. Give it time. It will happen.
