There will be issues after the SEC gets done with them. And with their scheme over, I wonder how they will get money to continue operations.

There has been zero evidence of any contract in place. None. Ask Paul in IR and he will tell you.

But this really is a minor thing in comparison to all of BIELs other issues.

SEC will bury them regardless.
