biopharm, what would this mean?

• Escort vendors for facility visits each week



Who is the 'vendor' ? It is NOT the 3rd party customers. It is not the vendor of the Lab equipment I guess (can't see why they would come weekly and there must be MANY vendors then, not just GE). And it also is not the FDA.

Could the VENDOR here be the party that will bring Bavituximab to the market ? Then again, why would they visit weekly?

Anybody any idea what this could means. Could be a language thing and maybe vendor doesn't mean what I think it is.
