become part of our successful team. Peregrine has launched a Phase III lung cancer clinical
trial for our lead drug therapy bavituximab which has been given a fast-track designation by the
FDA.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cover all front-desk breaks on a daily basis (10 am/Lunch/3pm)
• Escort vendors for facility visits each week
• Distribute mail to all buildings by department; update and maintain mail slot labels
• Assist the administrative staff with running off-site errands, i.e. picking up lunch for meetings and office supplies
• Organize and maintain café supply closet and all buildings' supply closets
• Stock and maintain coffee and coffee supplies at each station per building
• Stock and maintain beverages in refrigerators of the Board Room, Training Room and all conference rooms
• Assist department admins with the setup of new employee work stations
• Setup all employee breakfasts once per month
• Support each building representative with various tasks as assigned
• Assist admins with the setup and cleanup of meetings, lunches and quarterly all employee meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have a minimum of one to two years of college
• Require at least one year of relevant general office experience
• Must have attention to detail and a sense of urgency
• Excellent organization and communication skills (written and verbal) are essential
• Must be able to adhere to timelines and be a good time manager
