Actually, I doubt it was hacked. Its obvious to me that the filing for the period ending Sept 30th 2015 was simply labeled with the wrong date, and was removed. As I've said, I still have the file on my computer.

As for their current reporting status, it may have changed, but the Sept 30th filing is still there as a pdf file, along with a couple of other filings.
