Dug a little deeper into WNTR's reporting history, and it appears they were always under the Alternative Reporting rules. That being the case, they are still governed by the securities exchange laws, and must meet requirements outlined in rule 15c2-11, among others. I believe it also still requires them to have their attorneys sign off on a report at least once a year.
