these are still my 7- no, make that 8 IMTV guesses:

1) Scambliss is still involved and using the new guy (from last 8k) as cover.

2) Lots of shares to get rid of and the 8k was used for that purpose. And nothing more will happen.

3) Scambliss is not part of IMTV any longer.

4) The new guy is going to try and make Someting of IMTV- new business venture related to mmj.

5) There may be an r/s - this often happens when new owner takes over the shell- or they need to make room to sell toxic shares.

6) The new guy will get finacials updated and we will get a clear picture of share structure and debt.

7) New guy will not issue any PR- and we will never hear from the new guy.

8) Financials will never become current and IMTV will get kicked to the grays.
