I spoke with Ben earlier today Red,


He didn't come out and say it directly but something is obviously holding this up.

One possible scenario is that the Vietnam deal is all but done and Kim could be awaiting Government funds to setup KBLB'S production facility.

If this were the case, KBLB couldn't speak on it until everything was approved on the Government's end.

I revert back to the CC in which the Government contacted KBLB, with respect to requesting material.

Since the CC, I inquired as toGovernment interest and all Ben would tell me is that he fielded that particular call.

I got to thinking that usually it's the other way around; the Company usually would contact the Government to request funding.

If I go by the SS Newsletter, which is usually released a month later than the quarter's end, I surmised there's a possibility the Government is already in receipt of sample material

Then there's the news of USA/Vietnam making efforts to further strengthen their relationship.

Under the MoU, the DOA will help MARD conduct scientific research into key agriculture technology as well as get access to new technology, bio-technology and farm produce processing technology, and especially new varieties of seedlings and domestic animals. A joint committee will be set up to provide guidance, facilitate cooperation and review the operation process within the MoU framework. The joint committee will devise an agricultural cooperation programme between the two ministries
