Esad you should be more nice in your posts....

5 million shares...or 7% added shares dilution including warrants would be about 10%. But who cares right? When the institution dumps just like the last one did, the share price will suffer, but who cares right? The institution wants free shares through the warrants and we will suffer in the short term because of it. IF a decent deal was made with our super awesome technology that is hyped and portrayed, we wouldn't have to be diluted. Am I the only one scratching my head as to why there hasn't been one single entity that hasn't stepped forward to do something with our tech? Over 3 years now and actually it's really longer than that -- but nothing. Doesn't that make people wonder?

I never said we turned down an Asian deal so I don't know where that came from? Good try though.

No profit, just debt and dilution. But who cares right? We own the stock to cheerlead. Who cares about increasing shareholder value, we are just vessels for xxii right?
