the fact that ST & WS remain in MIKP's realm suggests Mark does have intention to file the new 211 and try to get MIKP afloat again.
otherwise, all the assets would already be xferred to RSII
allowing Mark to abandon the MIKP shell and move on.

imo, "to date" simply indicates that, if the 211 fails again,
everything will likely xfer to RSII.
