This is the main plan. I think this is how OLED (Universal Display Corp) works. But there is also a certain (and not insignificant) amount of reselling that goes on. In OLED's Case it is mainly proprietary emitter and dopant materials manufactured by Dupont and resold to the licensee with a fairly high profit margin. In our case I believe we will be possibly outsourcing the manufacturing to someone of GaAs thin film solar panels and then reselling them either as prototypes or for other purposes. There could be a high margin opportunity here as GaAs cells command a high premium currently due to their advantageous attributes (including exceptionally high conversion efficiency and light weight etc..). Our extremely low cost manufacturing technique gives us a cost advantage over the competition who does not adopt our process. I think this will encourage the adoption of our technology and serve as a potential short term source of revenue until we begin receiving license revenues which I think could start to happen this year. I think every major solar maker will be adopting this technique in the coming years.
