Here is how I see the business plan of Nanoflex Power. You probably read it already but passed over it too fast.

I think their real genius is this plan. They will not be the major producer of all of the Intellectual Property patented. They will be licensing others all over the world with a non-exclusive right to manufacture, sell and or use that portion of the Intellectual Property so granted. Meaning that company cannot then license any others. Only NanoFlex Power who holds the Exclusive License rights to said property can do that.

In consideration for the non-exclusive license agreement granted to any others by NanoFlex, the company (NanoFlex Power), will receive a royalty based upon the volume of (or any other means of measuring the product(s) made) from that other. Consequently there may be numerous others earning millions by incorporating the patented technology into their use, manufacture or sale of an item.

A portion of said royalties received will go to each of the Universities involved in the design and/or development of that specific patented Intellectual Property that is non-exclusively licensed to those others.

All this purely my own personal understanding of the plan and not to be considered as a fact of the existence of such plan as assumed herein.
