the more I think of this the more upset I get. this management team guided us to a stock price of 23 cents (before split), put together a capital raise with a toxic partner and had the balls to raise the OS so they could reward themselves with 5mm share stock options. I also seriously doubt they got the votes to even pull off the OS raise
