Funny we get a run up the morning after a 5,000,000 share stock 'reservation for management' filing happens? To me it appears self serving on managements part to reserve that many shares for incentives when there are only 7m shares out. No other company I'm aware of has close to 'authorized shares, reserved for management' equal to 70% of outstanding common(if that makes sense). It almost looks like internal nepotism. Are we getting shaft number 13 now?

Please point out if I'm interpreting this wrong...
