The references to PFE’s patent on Viagra use for ED (which I cited earlier in this thread) are in #msg-66190222 and #msg-66176474. Although PFE won this patent case at the District Court level, PFE was not confident enough to chance a reversal by the Appellate Court, and hence PFE eventually settled with all of the generic challengers.
