what if the vietnamese just dont like or trust kim?

That is why agreements are signed. I am not talking about a "what if" though.

what if some in vietnam dont really care to get involved with a tiny american company that has very little money and a lot of big talk?

Are you saying KBLB is a larger company and have more money now, than when they started negotiations? Has the talk gotten bigger? What talk are you talking about? You endeavor to go into business because you recognize potential, not because you discover you don't like someone. Basic business principles apply. Very basic. I would of thought you would have seen companies partner to make money, by now. Will the signing of a deal between Vietnam and KBLB be considered an education?
