what if there was nothing added into the negotiations?...what if the vietnamese just dont like or trust kim?...what if kim is asking something of vietnam they are leery of providing?...what if some in vietnam dont really care to get involved with a tiny american company that has very little money and a lot of big talk?...maybe they dont want to chance pissing off those running their established silk industry betting on something that will fail...maybe the negotiations taking place are amongst themselves and do not involve kblb at this point...
