The lawsuit needs to be wrapped up. Get it. Just in time for Christmas for a stocking gift for shareholders. Ho Ho Ho. Many large cap companies from GE to AMZN to have had to issue small settlement checks to investors. I do not know the dollar value of losses but I imagine it cannot be more than 100 million dollars. If galectin can get away with .05 or a nickel on the dollar or even less, it would be a victory. Sure an acquittal is what you want but it's only 5 million dollars Tops It would be a great victory and something Santa Clause can deliver.
