Not a good financing deal but obviously the best one available. They should now have enough funds in hand to complete the Phase 2 trials.

According to the latest 10Q the Georgia Court Case motions were heard on November 5th, a decision should be out before the next quarterly report. Their attorney seems like a well known, respected securities expert (Michael Smith, Harvard Law School), hopefully this will all get thrown out at which time the stock should go way north of where it is now.
