So if none of your concerns are addressed well into next year what course of action, if any, is available to shareholders?

I agree that progress in the lab is probably the focus over commercialization. He's had this "holy grail" for a few years now; if he wanted to sell some of it he surely could have.

My hope, and perhaps just a pipe dream, is that he is building SP momentum behind the scenes to let it break lose all at once. If that's the case it could start with a few blockbuster PR's starting Monday morning and leading into the CC. If not I fear we are in for a CC similar to the one in 2012. He'll answer a few hand picked softball questions and make some forward looking statements.

As long as commercialization is not a priority we could sit at this SP or below for quite some time.
