Be Real! They had no negative reviews, only two positive reviews. Eight delivery issues and two product/service issues over three years! Only two problems in the last 12 months! They've changed their order fulfillment company at least twice in the past year, so we're not even dealing with the same process and people anymore.

They probably got the F because they didn't pay their BBB dues. wink
