LMAO - yeah, that or the just suck at customer service. No surprise since customers probably can't find a legit business address to complain to. Plus, MCIG is too afraid of becoming a BBB member LMAO
No issues recently because they aren't selling the same volume they were. Regardless of how long ago it was, it's still bad. And the fact they've changed fulfillment companies several times is also not a good sign.
