It won't matter if the placement lowered the CURRENT share price if in the end LWLG is acquired for many many multiples of the CURRENT share price. The placement sourced current shareholders who have proved to be loyal to LWLG. I am not so sure that LWLG would have been better served by sourcing new investors.
