Chklington- Given the law suits piling up now with a securities fraud component, the shabby financials, and some question of the viability going forward............ if I were a distributor, you could bet I wouldn't go nr my clients with this product.
Why- Because I'm not willing to put my rep on the line with customers for a product , made by a firm that's being "suspected and sued " for securities fraud and who knows what else.
Can they make it, deliver it, service it with their bleeding financials? Assuming I contract with a customer for a microturbne from CPST and they don't deliver it ; or can't service it or live up to the contract signed onto.
Now I'm being sued knowing of the problems and still selling the product to my customer. then I lose the customer too and all the ancillary business i had with him. The word spreads to other distributors and customers.

I'm toast as a distributer, out of business and facing my own las suits.

NO THANKS; I'D RATHER NOT PUSH THE PRODUCT!
SO END CPST AND THE FARCE THEY ARE!
