As long as the distributors can get the products, no problem. No reason for them to panic. They make good money off of the sales.

Not making a statement? I rarely see much from the companies about this. I am sure their lawyer told them to shut up and say nothing. At some point, they will come out and say it is in error and will fight it. This part of all this is pretty scripted. Note how they all sound the same on their suits. It will all get combined into one court and one firm will be lead on this eventually. The others will not go away, but will just wait for the money to drop into their laps and chime in from time to time to get some billable hours.
